The Challenge. Moto Hospitality’s Leigh Delamere Services in Chippenham needed a coordinated groundworks and civil engineering programme across an operational motorway services site — spanning fencing, block paving, a new entrance, seating areas, and welfare facilities — all while keeping disruption to visitors and staff to a minimum.
Our Approach. SKI Groundworks and Construction worked through the scope as a series of coordinated groundworks packages: site clearance and preparation, block paving for vehicle and pedestrian areas, a new entrance, and finishing work across the coffee shop, locker room, rest room, and smoking shelter areas — all delivered by SKI Groundworks and Construction.
The Work. Scope delivered on site included: fencing, block paving for the main service area, a new customer entrance, kerbing, seating area groundworks, and welfare-facility finishing work — completed to Moto’s operational standards on a live commercial site.
